For this to work on a computer that doesn't have Power Point,
you will need to install the Power Point Viewer on your CD.
You will need to use the Microsoft(R) PowerPoint(R) Viewer to
show your presentation on the CD. The PowerPoint Viewer is a freeware
program used to run slide shows on computers that don't have PowerPoint
installed. You can add the PowerPoint Viewer to the same CD as your
presentation. The PowerPoint Viewer can be freely distributed with no
additional license as long as the copyright material is distributed also.
We have both the PowerPoint 97 Viewer and the PowerPoint 2003
Viewer and all the dependant files
packaged in a zip file that you can download from our web site.

Tip
When you go to copy all of these PowerPoint viewer files, if the DLL files are not visible, you may need to check an
option "show all files". Here is how.
In the Windows explorer go to the Menu and select either
"Tools" as shown below or on some versions of Windows try selecting
"View". Now in the drop down menu select "Folder Options"
as shown below.

Now on the folder options under "Hidden Files"
select "Show all files". Also uncheck "Hide file extensions for
known file types". Now click OK at the bottom of the dialog.
Many CD creator programs use these explorer options to decide
what files to show, so by changing them here, the CD creator will also allow
you to see all the DLL files.
